Innovation activities of Technopark "Novosibirsk"

Scientific and technological park "Novosibirsk" ("Technopark") is created on the basis of the Governmental regulations of the Russian Federation №534 from 31.05.95 and №290 from 16.03.96, and also on the basis of decrees of the President of the Russian Federation №307-rp from 10.06.96.

Problems of Technopark are:

forming of market relations in scientific and technical sphere;

creation of attractive investment policy in region;

application of the advanced Russian technologies in the Russian Federation and abroad;

organization of the turnout of new competitive (in home and external markets) goods and services;

assistance to the international communications in the field of a science and innovation activity.

Today, the enterprises of small-scale business, working on realization of "know-how" and innovation projects, are accredited in Technopark. The agreements with the largest firms and scientific centres of the Europe and Asia are completed.

Infrastructure of support of small forms of the enterprises:

premises;

consultations on start and planning of business;

legal consultations;

financial and economic services;

information services;

intellectual property protection.

Principles of support of small enterprises:

participation in management of firm;

capital-intensive and other services;

finding of the sources of investments (including foreign);

search for potential partners;

access to information networks.
